Free People competition: A day in Bristol

I have lived in Bristol all my life, bar my three years spent in Southampton whilst attending university, and I still think it’s one of the most exciting cities to grow up in. There is always something to do or see, whatever interests you may have. Yesterday I went for a mini explore around my hometown with my sister Olivia. It’s pretty hard not to bump into some sort of street art in Bristol, and the centre is full of wonderful huge scale paintings done by different artists.
Of course Bristol is famous for being the hometown of Banksy, the infamous graffiti artist, and maybe this has something to do with it’s street art culture! Another famous figure from this city is Brunel, who built our train station and iconic suspension Bridge.

After shopping around for a bit we were absolutely starving and decided to go to The Watershed for some nachos. The Watershed is a great coffee shop/bar on the waterfront, and a perfect stop off after a shopping spree! Here you’ll find a picture of me stuffing my face and loving life….
This may have been taken after we’d tucked into them a bit….
Me enjoying the nacho’s a bit to much…

This is just a small photo diary of a city with many more photograph opportunities and sites to see. I hope this gives you an idea of what a great place this is to visit!
Thanks for reading as always
