A couple of weeks ago I went to see Nine Black Alps at The Fleece in Bristol. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen them, having seen them at Reading Festival a number of years ago. They’re another favourite from my teenage years, and I’m loving their new album Candy For Clowns! This gig was awesome to photograph, great energy which I hope comes off in the pictures, here’s a few of my favourites –

On Wednesday I went to see Giant Drag on their farewell tour at The Fleece in Bristol. I have loved this band since their first album came out when I was just 16 years old, about eight years ago. The album ‘Hearts and Unicorns’ is still something I play regularly, I love it. I’m not going to describe it to you because I’m not a music reviewer and I’ll just sound like a dick. Here’s one of my faves.
The gig was awesome, and I can’t believe it was so long ago that the album came out! It’s really sad that they’re not going to be making music anymore, but maybe Annie will have a solo career or something? Here are some pictures I took of Annie Hardy.
